Making Appointments

We offer both face to face and telephone appointments. Please telephone the Surgery between our telephone opening hours and we will be pleased to arrange an appointment with our doctors, nurse, physiotherapist, pharmacist or podiatrist. You can also call personally in to reception. If you feel your condition is an emergency, please inform the receptionist. Appointments are usually for ten minutes. We ask that patients arrive punctual for their appointments as if you miss your appointment time you may be asked to rebook.  Please cancel any appointments that are no longer required as soon as possible so that we can offer them to another patient. Cancellations can be made via phone or by the nhs app or via the reminder text that is sent to you
